Compulife Quotation System
The Standard License
limits installation to a maximum of 5 computers in a single location. Printed
comparisons may be given to multiple agents. For those purchasing updates by
disk, previous boxes of disks must be returned each month. To avoid
returning disks each month, add $21 per year to the Update by Disk prices.

There are discounts for those using the software for personal life
insurance production ONLY. The applicant must certify by license that they
will be the only agent who will use the software or printouts. That agent may
load the software to any computer used specifically for the benefit of that
single agent. For those purchasing updates by disk, previous boxes of disks
must be returned each month. To avoid returns, add $21 per year to the
Update by Disk prices.

use version of the Compulife Quotation System.

When we receive your fax we will treat it as a purchase order and your next
monthly update will be immediately e-mailed to you (make sure that we have your
e-mail address). Alternately if you are subscribing to disk updates, the next
month's disk update will be shipped.

After Compulife receives your application and check in the mail, your
invoice, license agreements and current update will be sent. You can further
speed up the licensing process by printing the license agreements from our
website. Go to Forms and
Agreements and print those yourself. If you complete those and send them
in with the application, your Internet Master Disk will be sent out with your
invoice.
Please note, the Internet Master disk (or the e-mail with the monthly
update files) is not sent to new subscribers until the check and license
agreements have been received and processed. Once you receive and install
that disk, your computer will be authorized to go and get its own monthly
updates by Internet until the end of the subscription period. In the interim,
assuming that we have received your check and not your license agreements, you
will automatically receive monthly updates by disk (you can call to get that
same update by e-mail if needed; the important thing is to send us the license
agreements). If you disagree with any part of the license, and the matter cannot
be resolved within 10 days, you will be given a full refund of your payment.
